Questions
Still deciding? Call the front desk and we'll help you pick a package and a date.
How long is a Candyland birthday party?
Every package party is 2 hours with a private party room. The Candyland Package, which books the whole facility, is 3 hours.
How much is a birthday party at Candyland?
Packages start at $489 for 10 kids: Basic Sweet $489, Deluxe Sweet $599, Super Sweet $719 and Extreme Sweet $899. Prices exclude HST.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Book more than one week ahead. Reservations made within one week of the party date are not accepted, and your package is confirmed one week before the party.
How much is the deposit?
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required per party room, so the two-room Extreme Sweet package needs $200. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Are weekday parties cheaper?
Yes. Parties from Monday to Thursday get $50 off. The discount does not apply on PA days, public or school holidays, or in July and August. Holiday prices are the same as weekend prices.
What if more guests come than my package includes?
Each additional child is $15 and each additional adult is $6, plus HST.
Can I change my package after booking?
Basic, Deluxe and Super Sweet packages can be upgraded or downgraded. The Extreme Sweet package cannot be downgraded.
Can we bring our own food?
Only these items are allowed: cold chicken or veal sandwich trays, wraps, pasta, fruit and vegetable trays, chips, drinks, pizza and cake. All food must be free of peanuts and tree nuts, drinks must be non-alcoholic, and popcorn, gum and candy are not allowed.
Why is party room seating for kids and not adults?
Party packages are designed around the kids, and many parties have only a few adults. Each room has a few adult chairs, and adults can use the seating outside the party rooms or the picnic tables when the children aren't using them.
Are piñatas or face painting allowed?
No. Piñatas and face painting are not allowed at Candyland.
